RECON SPECIALIST in the OPERATIONS Department

Main Purpose:   To carry out activities related to the control, processing, reconciliation and reporting of data for financial services offered by and through Union Financiar Tiranë (UFT), which include Payment Services for Third Parties, e-money payments, etc.
Duties & Responsibilities:  
  • To control the payment activity carried out by UFT through the company program.
  • Collect and process payment activity information for the preparation of reports according to established models.
  • To accurately prepare and ensure the timely sending and receiving of information on payment activity from Third Parties.
  • Follow up with Third Parties, cases of cancellations, settlements and other problems related to the collection of payments.
  • Timely and accurately pass information on payment activity to the Department of Finance and Accounting and prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports as required!
  • To prepare Payment Orders for settlement of obligations to Third Parties and follow the process with other Departments involved.
  • To contact and inform agents regarding requests/complaints sent by and towards them for cancellations/adjustments or other problems related to payments.
  • To contact agents and inform them about the monthly commissions received and the commissions not yet billed by them, to collect and check the receipts of the agents' commissions.
  • To complete reports and provide data to his/her superiors regarding the information required for payment activity.
  • To notify the Head of the Sector about the changes that are required or will be applied by Third Parties as soon as information is received.
  • To guarantee the performance of his/her work in accordance with the regulations of the Recon Sector.
  • To recognize and act in accordance with the Regulation of Operational Risk of the Company
  Qualifications & Requirements  
  • Bachelor’s degree in economy
  • At least 3 years of working experience in a similar position.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Ability to manage time and workload.
  • Have knowledge of the English language.
